From the West (Raleigh, Kinston, Goldsboro, etc) via Hwy 70E
Coming into New Bern on Hwy 70E take the 3rd New Bern Exit (Pembroke). At the top of the exit ramp turn left,  this street will turn into 1st street after you go across the over-pass. Continue straight to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Broad Street/Hwy 17 Business. Continue straight 7 blocks until you reach Middle St. The Chelsea will be on right, corner of Middle and Broad.

From the East (Morehead City, Beaufort) via 70W
Coming into New Bern on Hwy 70W, take the Pembroke Exit. At the top of ramp turn right, onto 1st street. Continue straight to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Broad Street/Hwy 17 Business. Continue straight 7 blocks until you reach Middle St. The Chelsea will be on right, corner of Middle and Broad.

From Greenville, Washington via 17S  (the downtown drawbridge exit is currently closed for construction)
Follow Hwy 17S over the high rise bridge toward Kinston.  Take the Pembroke Exit. At the top of ramp turn right, onto 1st street. Continue straight to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Broad Street/Hwy 17 Business. Continue straight 7 blocks until you reach Middle St. The Chelsea will be on right, corner of Middle and Broad.

From Jacksonville, Wilmington via 17N
Continue on Hwy 17N as you enter New Bern. After passing the Twin Rivers mall on the left and Wal-Mart on the right you will come to the intersection of Hwy 70/Hwy 17 Bypass. You can take this route (right onto the ramp) and follow directions given for coming into New Bern from the west via Hwy 70E or you can continue straight on Hwy 17 Business into downtown area. The Chelsea is at the corner of Broad (Hwy 17 Bus) and Middle Street, approximately 4 miles from the mall area.
